POINTS TO HIGHLIGHT...
1-
Al Qaeda’s Turkish base
The target of stray bullets and shells coming from Syria, the small Turkish border town of Ceylanpinar has also turned into a hub for Islamist militants – allegedly backed by Ankara.
From Nevroz AlgiƧ’s restaurant one can taste the spicy local food while enjoying the best views over the front line, literally across the street. The fighting is so close that gunfire can still be heard over the arabesque music blaring out of the loudspeakersLike most others here, Mehmet also has cross-border family ties. The civil servant, who prefers not to disclose his full name, claims that the situation started worsening on a particular night last October.“That night I saw armed people getting out a caravan of buses. I immediately called the police but they told me not to worry and said that everything was under control,” he told DW. Other residents also spotted armed men crossing the border into Syria. Apparently, they all got the same answer from the local security forces: ‘everything is under control.’”“We often see buses around with all their curtains drawn. I have no doubt that their passengers are says Mehmet with a sad smile. He criticizes the “silence of the Turkish media on Ankara’s dark moves,” as he puts it.“Here it’s not about rebels fighting [Syrian President] Bashar al-Assad, it’s Jabhat al-Nusraan armed group close to al Qaeda – and Syrian Kurdish fighters engaging in brutal clashes.”
Many believe that Turkey is providing a haven to al- Qaeda-affiliated fighters
From the beginning of the uprising in March 2011, Syria’s Kurds vowed a “third way” – neither with Assad, nor with the insurgents. Theirs is a neutral position that has led to clashes with both sides, but in July 2012 they took over their stronghold areas, in the north of the country. The YPG – the main Kurdish militia group – and the Free Syrian Army signed a ceasefire on July 12 in Ras al Ayn but Jabhat al-Nusra distanced iself from the truce. Many local residents told DW that Ankara is hosting Jabhat al-Nusra fighters in a camp near an unchecked border crossing west of Ceylanpinar.Ibrahim Polat, a local journalist for the Dicle News Agency, says the allegations are true and adds that Ankara’s alleged backing of Islamists goes even further:“During the last months hundreds of fighters have been taken by Turkish ambulances from Syria to Ceylanpinar hospital and those with more serious injuries were taken to Balikdigol hospital in Sanliurfa, the provincial capital. Kurdish militiaman are systematically rejected in the local hospitals so they are taken to Qamishlo, Syria’s main Kurdish city,” he told DW..“There have been dead and wounded but people also move elsewhere, shops and business fold, property prices collapse.” And there is another price to pay, he says. “In Ceylanpinar, 60 percent are Kurds and 30 percent Arabs while Assyrians, Turks and members of other nationalities comprise the remaining 10 percent. The nature of the conflict is fuelling mistrust among us and causing a split between our people.”Arslan says he prefers not to comment on the alleged camp nearby, but denounces Ankara’s role in the area.“Turkey claims to be a democratic country but it is involved in a very dirty war,” he says. “I’m afraid our problems won’t end until Ankara stops supporting al-Qaeda-affiliated groups inside Syria.”

WAR CRIMINAL ZIONIST JEWESS MADELLINE ALBRIGHT AT ASPEN INSTITUTE AIMING AT SYRIA STILL...

The Aspen Institute Middle East Programs and the University of Denver's Center for Middle East Studies held their inaugural discussion on "Syria and the Future of the Levant." In the video above, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright offers her perspective on pressing issues facing the US and both its action and inaction in Syria.
[ed notes;definatly not worth watching 20 minutes,...2 points made however... she pushes an outright lie, claiming Assad had initially denied having chemical weapons stockpile only to later admitting to having them and being willing to put them under international controls...she says president Assad you have 2 options, leave willingly,or be forced out...ugh excruciating hearing this zionazi b#tch...anyway also see...   ZIONAZI CFR CABAL ,WAR CRIMINAL MADAM ALBRIGHT,US -TURKEY TASK FORCE AND PROOF OF CONSPIRACY AGAINST SYRIAN GOV. Speakers: Madeleine K. Albright, Former Secretary of State, Stephen J. Hadley, Former National Security Adviser, and Steven A. Cook, Senior Fellow for Middle Eastern Studies, Council on Foreign Relations
Presiders: Anya Schmemann, Communications Director, Council on Foreign Relations Task Force Program, and David R. Ignatius, Associate Editor, Washington Post

May 9, 2012, Washington D.C. Council on Foreign Relations
I think the things we have to do and -- are ones that, first of all, in which we recognize what the areas are that we do have commonality on. I think stability in the Middle East is obviously one of the big ones, and in terms of relationships with Europe, I think issues also on -- energy issues. They are sitting in a geographically amazing place, in terms of various connections of pipelines, discoveries of new fossil fuel,
HADLEY: Well, the task force goes so far as to say that Syria is an issue where Turkey and the United States have to cooperate. It's important to each of us, but neither of us can point the way towards a solution on our own. And that's what the task force report says. The secretary and I had a running conversation over the last couple days about what that means operationally, and this is sort of what we've come to, and she can speak for herself. But the two of us have though, well, what does that probably mean? And we would sketch it out this way: It means Assad has to go, sooner rather than later. The longer he stays, the more militarized the conflict, the more opening it provides for al-Qaida.
Secondly, that means the international community needs to accelerate and intensify its diplomacy and the sanctions. But third, you know, why is he still in power? He's in power because he still has the support of the army, the business community and the minority groups: Christians, Kurds, Shia and the like. So you've got to somehow find a way to break those pillars away from Assad. How do you do that? We've talked about, as the administration is trying to do, strengthening the opposition, organizing it, making it more inclusive of all groups in the society, have a cross-sectarian message so the opposition is saying to the army and to the business community and to those minorities, break with Assad and there is a role for you in a new Syria. Go down with Assad, and it makes it harder.I've talked in print about how we need, once -- as we set up that kind of opposition, to be willing to arm the resistance through the opposition so that you are arming people who are committed to a cross-sectarian outcome, so that in the end the future of Syria is dictated by who has the most votes, not just who has the most guns. But I think the thing that -- where the secretary and I have now come to is that we also need to begin to prepare now for some kind of intervention. Why prepare now? One, because operationally it's going to be difficult. It's not going to be as easy as Libya was. It's going to be operationally difficult. And secondly, it's going to need the support certainly of the Middle Eastern and the Arab neighbors of Syria, and it's going to take time to arrange that support.Do it now; be making those preparations now. That will give leverage on the situation. It may be, in fact, those pillars will break away from Assad even before the intervention, but we need to prepare the intervention now, because if at the end of the day the choice is between Assad surviving this or -- or an intervention, we're going to have to do an intervention, because the lesson or the example of an Assad that survives by attacking his own people is one that is a disaster for the future of freedom and human dignity, which brings you back to Turkey, because any kind of intervention is going to be possible only with close cooperation between the United States and Turkey. It's going to have to be staged out of Turkey in some way. Jordan and Libya (sic) are not strong enough to sustain it.

FLASHBACK-LADY ALBRIGTH ''WHORE OF BABYLON'' AND REGIME CHANGE IN SYRIA 1996 http://thenakedfacts.blogspot.com/2012/09/flashback-u.html

Syria challenges Israel on Lebanese soil. An effective approach, and one with which American can sympathize, would be if Israel seized the strategic initiative along its northern borders by engaging Hizballah, Syria, and Iran … including by: … establishing the precedent that Syrian territory is not immune to attacks emanating from Lebanon by Israeli proxy forces.Israel can shape its strategic environment, in cooperation with Turkey and Jordan, by weakening, containing, and even rolling back Syria. This effort can focus on removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq — an important Israeli strategic objective in its own right — as a means of foiling Syria’s regional ambitions. … Were the Hashemites to control Iraq, they could use their influence over Najf to help Israel wean the south Lebanese Shia away from Hizballah, Iran, and Syria.

Al-Qaeda linked group still controlling border town with Turkey
Special sources confirmed to Zaman Alwasl that the center of the border city of Azaz, near Turkey, is still controlled by the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham “ISIS”, besides 30 detainees and activist Mohamed Noor, are still under arrest at ISIS. A ceasefire agreement between ISIS and the North Storm brigade requires ISIS to release the rest of detainees and taking off all its barriers by yesterday midnight, however, Sheikh Abdul Rahman al-Kuwaiti requested to extend the deadline until the end of this month and promised to release detainees held by ISIS today, according to sources. Moreover, sources reported that a meeting at Azaz border crossing, lasted 4 hours between al-Kuwaiti and Abo Ali Sajo, a leader in Storm Brigade, to implement terms of the ceasefire agreement but no avail. Beside the ceasefire, the agreement included mutual release of detainees and property of the two parties after battles resulted in deaths and injuries. Zaman Alwasl was not able to verify the news about releasing nine detainees at ISIS yesterday, who were severely tortured. It seems that crossing checkpoints have been distributed between the fighting parties, where the North Storm Brigade controlled “al-Shat” barrier at the west, Abo Ibrahim Chechani Controlled al-Kaziyeh barrier and Turkish authorities continued to close Bab al-Salameh” crossing followed with closing “Bab al-Hawa” crossing which is heavily guarded to prevent extremists from controlling it.
[ed notes:turkish authorities closes borders crossing but doesnt kill, attack, expulse or remove alqaeda???whats that tell us,except it helps and allows it a base of control for operations?why doenst u.s. (whos bogus war of terror is base don supposedly chasing and killing alqaeda)demand to have alqaeda killed on its main allies border?because they RUN them that's why!
Fighting in Azaz started when a German doctor from “Doctors without borders” visited Azaz hospital to evaluate the situation in it, member from ISIS invaded the hospital and demanded the FSA guards to get the doctor outside it. When the later refused, they started shooting and killed two fighters from Storm brigade. Then fighting speeded outside the hospital to cover most areas in Azaz.
[ed notes:evidence turkish govt is backing alqaeda is fact it doesn't send its troops to eliminate them on its borders!!!fact us govt stays silent on that is even more evidence that both it and turkey are backing it,or else both would work together to eliminate them from turkish border..they work together to eliminate pkk,but wont do it against alqaeda(cia)???see the problem?the west uses its allies to arm alqaeda to attack syria, but doenst mention that fact or its disconetent against it,because us needs that pretext for its bogus war on(OF)terror narrative...west(zionist ran)wants its allies mercenaries to remove Assad,if they cant acompliosh mission,or if they do,the west then invades claiming its going to figth alqaeda who are taking over, but why dididnt west intervene to decimate alqaeda inside turkish borders?rethorical questions of course..also see.. Al Qaeda’s Turkish base

170 German Islamists have gone to Syria: Spy chief
Germany's domestic spy chief says at least 170 Islamic extremists have traveled to Syria from Germany and some are thought to be actively participating in the fighting. Hans-Georg Maassen told Deutschlandfunk radio in an interview broadcast on Sunday that about 50 extremists have gone from Germany to Syria in recent months alone. The head of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution says he is concerned that some of these extremists may return to Germany with plans for terror attacks. German security agencies claim to have foiled a number of planned attacks by Islamic extremists in recent years.
Kyrgyz security service disrupts apparent terrorist plot by suspected militants allegedly trained in Syria
A 16 September statement by Kyrgyzstan's State Committee of National Security (SCNS) claimed three men had been arrested in late August in the southern province of Osh on suspicion of planning terrorist attacks in Osh and the capital Bishkek. Those arrested were a Kazak national (Sergei Leskevich) and two Kyrgyz nationals (Sardor Rakhmonov and Majid Abdullaev) from Osh. [[[[The SCNS alleged the men were suspected members of the Islamic Jihad Union (IJU) militant group, and it further claimed they had been dispatched to Kyrgyzstan from Syria to carry out attacks in the run up to Independence Day on 31 August, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Bishkek on 13 September.]]]]]]

Lebanon Watch- 'Marwan Hadid Brigades' Claims Responsibility for Weekend Hermel Rocket Attacks http://www.lebanonews.net/content/marwan-hadid-brigades-claims-responsibility-weekend-hermel-rocket-attacks
The “Marwan Hadid Brigades” claimed responsibility on Tuesday for the firing of rockets in the Bekaa region on Sunday, reported LBCI television. The previously unknown group claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement and video aired on Youtube. On Monday, President Michel Suleiman expressed his “grave concern” with the shelling that took place in Hermel, tasking the Army Command with “determining the location from where they were fired in order to tackle the situation with the appropriate means.”
[ed notes:the appropriate means would be to cross over the area directly into where these pro syria rebel terrorists are and decimating and killing them, something spineless suleiman is not interested in doing,to show state indeed protects the country..
Five rockets landed in and around Hermel, a Hizbullah stronghold,(predominantly shia area) on Sunday, a security source told Agence France Presse on condition of anonymity."Two rockets landed in the town of Hermel, in an area between the Mabarrat teaching association and the Masharii al-Qaa area, causing no casualties," the source said."Another three rockets have landed now on the outskirts of Hermel," he added. It was not immediately clear whether the rockets were launched from inside Lebanon or from across the border in strife-torn Syria, said the source, although state-run National News Agency said they were fired from Syrian territory. The repeated violations prompted Suleiman in June to file a memorandum to the United Nations and Arab League.[ed note:right because they will help stop it ''sigh''...''suleiman you knuckledragging mf''!! i had this post at time it happened, but turns out instead of going thru,i must have clicked send to draft,...just found it there...
